PartySnap is a photo sharing platform that allows event hosts to create events and attendees to upload photos to these events. The Service includes all aspects of the PartySnap platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile applications, and all associated services.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require registration. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Users may upload photos and other content ("User Content") to the Service. By uploading User Content, you grant PartySnap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you upload, and that the User Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. PartySnap reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that PartySnap otherwise deems inappropriate.
